  1. Glad your blog is up and running. For some reason the picture didn't show up above your labelling...
And add a short function for each organelle. Great start!

  2. Oh, sorry about that Ms. Phillips but it is the same picture you provided us. I will attach the link at the end and here are the functions of each organelle
.) Nucleolus : It produces ribosomes and contains nuclear pores
.) Nucleus: Stores genetic information and controls cell division and directs functioning of cell
.)Ribosomes : Are the site of protein synthesis, it reads RNA code, translates into amino acid sequence
.) Cell membrane :Provides protection, cell recognition and receptor proteins and imports and exports
.) RoughER :Network of tubules
.) Golgi body :Modification of protein and lipids and storage of packing of molecules
.) Cytoskeleton : maintains cell shape and transports within the cell
.) SmoothER : Package protein for transportaion within cell, synthesis of membrane phospholides, lipids, triglycerides, steroids and also deloxify drugs in liver cells
.) Mitochondria : Are the cells power producers, they convert energy into forms that are usable by the cell.
.) Vacuole : Exports unwanted substances from the cell
.) Cytoplasm :Holds the cell organelles togather
.) Lysosome :Garbage disposal and breaks down bacteria entering cell
.) Centriole : Takes part in cell division
